William Waiirua was born William E Cribb, in Kawakawa, located in the far North of New Zealand. At the age of ten with his family, William moved from Kaikohe to Feilding in the lower North Island of New Zealand.

As a youth worker at Child, Youth and Family Department now called Oranga Tamariki, William worked with the most vulnerable children in New Zealand.

This experience combined with William's passion in boosting the Moraale of everyone around the world through laughter and love, lead the decision to become a "Full Time Moraale Booster" which has been the case since July 2017.

When not boosting moraale where he can, William Waiirua is also a presenter for the New Zealand Network TV Show "AM Show" where he travels the country to showcase what makes New Zealand a unique country filled with special people.

William will always share his Waiirua (The Maori word for spirit and soul) with everyone he comes into contact with as part of promoting positivity, inclusiveness, strength in identity as well as empowering people to always express themselves, while remaining comfortable in their own skin.
