Shop with confidence while using this site operated by a legitimate New Zealand business due to our ‘No Worries’ returns & exchange program!
We will exchange ANY product for ANY reason that is returned in a condition acceptable for resale. That includes, but is not limited to the following:
- The item is in brand new condition.
- All tags and relevant packaging are intact.
- The item has not been washed, worn or smells of cologne.
Please make contact within 28 days of the purchase date and do your best to select the appropriate size & colors as unfortunately we are unable to pay for YOUR return shipping costs. However we will refund the FULL price of transaction (excluding shipping costs)
Beyond that however, keep in mind we’re a small business & pride ourselves on looking after our customers. Make sure you email us at support@waiirua.co.nz and we may be able to sort out a unique solution for you
